Warranty Specialist - KD parts

          Technical skills needed:

• Good communication skills with commercial sense & negotiation skills

• Be able to defend the interests of PSA, while keeping right judgments on customer satisfaction

• Good coordination& collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally

• Basic technical knowledge of aftersales parts

• English is a must, French as a plus

• Soft skills needed:

• Good interpersonal skill

•  Be able to work under pressure
