Follow the regulation and instruction of group, Conscientiously implement the work orders. 

Responsible for monthly production plan implementation and put into effect, control cost of production. 

Know well about the arrangement of workers, and coordination of organization    

Responsible for production schedule controlling and management. 

Supervise in the 5S locale management and implement.  

Organize safety training to employees, and testing. 

Communicate and cooperate with related departments as: technology dept, quality dept …etc.  

Administer and manage emergency case or others issues, and solve 

Help GM manager to establish related management system, and implement it after get approval. 

Help GM manager to do production planning, as: weekly planning, daily planning. Arrange for daily working, and controlling 

 anlysis workload of employees , and Allocate staff work scientifically

set KPI to subordinates , support them to reach target.

 Report to site manager direct

Education & Experience

• Degree: bachelor of manufacturing Technologies, Mechanical-electrical integration

• Work experience: more than 8 years working experience， 5 years manufacturing management work experience.

  Specially working experience in machinery manufacturing field will be more appreciated. 

• Skills in mechanics, electricity and hydraulic. 
• Language : English (fluent) 、Chinese
