New Product Development leader

Mission:

Be responsible for maintenance of the workflow and process management to be well-aligned for new products development.  Be responsible for entire timeline management for all projects in PIPE.

Responsibility:

1. Review NPD workflow and process control from time to time in alignment with customers’ expectation and Qualipac vision. 

2. Monitor the implementation of NPD process and organize meetings for review and reporting on a regular basis. 

3. Initiate and manage the tools of entire projects timeline. 

4. Monitor the progress of NPD projects in PIPE and organize meetings for review and reporting on a regular basis. 

5. Work with all project managers in tracking the actions to catch up the timeline commitment. 

6. Escalate delays and blocks in new product development. 

7. Drive the project team to breakdown the projects into different step, and ensure the breakdown schedule being communicated to each function for tracking, and ensure the projects development can be delivered on time.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, Industrial design or packaging. 

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in new product development. (Preferrable cosmetic industry.) 

3. Strong leadership, commutation and presentation skill. 

4. Good experience in projects management. 

5. Outstanding ability in organization and coordination. 

6. Judgment and experience in lead-time control.
