Mold Development Engineer

Missions: Be responsible for the whole process tracking and management of new mold development, Including mold design, analyze, modification, performance evaluating and qualification standardization.

Main Responsibility:

1. Define specifications to the toolmakers, and follow up the toolmakers.

2. Modify mold and advise the modification of plastic parts.

3. Run mold testing, Provide production specifications for mass production.

4. According to products developing and clients’ requirements, do new mold design and work out the detailed mold spec requirements.

5. In charge of mold modification and revise and analyze mold techniques in order to improve technical flow.

6. Direct the mold making process and track the schedule; solve technical problems during mold processing.

7. Supporting of technical craft document making and auditing; also in charge of production techniques, production follow up, mold trial coordination works.

8. Work with innovation team to give ideas to improve and innovate our process.

9. Familiar with mold design, can simply design & draw mold parts.

10. Other work arranged by superior.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above.

2.Cosmetics industry is necessary

3. Know plastic product design; be familiar with plastic mold designing, analyzing and manufacturing .Very good knowledge in injection process and equipment.

4. Skillful auto CAD, UG or Solid works.
