Project Manager

Mission: Project manager is responsible for new project development, meeting customer quality, cost and schedule requirements based on the conditions agreed or signed off in quotation phase. The period responsibility starts from product RFQ/PPF until the project transfers to production department for mass production and closed with customer. Project manager will be the key contact window between customer, supplier and factory for new product development. 

Responsibility: 1.Leader to coordinate the planning, tasks, people, and information in all development phases. (Phase 0: Opportunity Evaluation & Quotation, Phase 1: Definition and Planning, Phase 2: Development, T1,T2 & T3, BAT. Phase 3: Product Realization Qualification & Industrialization, Phase 4: Production Ramp up, Phase 5: Close the project).

2. Contact window with customer for all technical topics, planning, samples, modification, validation and information update during all Phases. (Phase 0 to 5)

All information between customer and project manager need to share with project team,development manager and R&D director.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, Industrial design or packaging. 

Familiar with Solid works.

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in plastic packaging product development. (Preferrable cosmetic industry.) 

3. Familiar with plastic product design, plastic mold and process. Excellent experience in R&D project management.
