Job Duties

The Sourcing is the main contact with suppliers to cover the whole order process and communicate with the French team who needs to handle all order related issues, from product development to the order payment including but not limited to following terms:

1/ Product development

- Attend new product development and sample requests;

- Source products and be able to make accurate product proposals for French market;

- Analyze supplier portfolio and locate product according to supplier strategy;

- Negotiate prices, MOQ, lead time, testing fees;

- Keep an up-to-date follow-up of developments and suggest solutions to achieve product requests.

2/ Order follow-up support

- Provide all packaging and process information to supplier;

- Push ETD;

- Check labels and shipping marks;

- Provide solutions to solve inspection quality problems;

- Remind suppliers to book their shipments;

- Apply for payment.
