职责描述：
1）负责协助研发开展研发体系的完善及搭建；
2）研发体系审核、全流程竞争力评价的策划；执行过程审查，
过程问题整改的推进；
3）共性问题的推进解决及标准流程策划；
系统相关模块的管理与人员管理；
4）负责公司研发工作的标准化管理，
以及对行业标准化的收集， 宣导与推进；
任职要求：
1) 本科及以上学历，理工科，汽车、机电等相关专业；
2) 5年以上汽车行业工作经验，3年以上体系相关工作经验；
3) 英语良好，口语熟练；熟练运用
4) 熟悉相关行业知识，了解机械基础知识，
汽车生产制造基础知识、汽车等工艺知识 ；
5) 了解汽车主要零部件的生产工艺和相关技术要求 ；
6) 具备良好的团队精神和较强的沟通能力与较强抗压能力；
7) 有整车相关流程经验者优先。
