Shipping Supervisor 船运主管

- Manage a team dedicated to handle shipping issues.
- Coach, delegate and motivate subordinates to ensure optimal team performance.
- Identify Supply Chain process weaknesses, system failures. Work in cooperation with relevant departments to solve these issues with minimal impact on daily operations.
- Monitor and oversee a yearly volume of 8000 containers / 16 000 TEU's and all post productions steps until delivery to customers warehouses.
- Provide visibility on supply chain operations, reporting through KPI’s and regular reports, exports and dashboards.
- Analyze opportunities for potential threats and benefits, anticipate schedules and seek cost savings and potential optimization on Supply Chain organization with possible new and relevant projects or processes.
