Function & Responsibility: 

1.      Overall management for the engineering skill up program,

         define and manage training needs for RBJ, 

2.      Organize training in coordination with Renault

         and other vendors (suppliers, etc)

3.      To define a standard training need for each function

          in the company

4.      Ensure development and application of Corporate 

         Standards and Design rules 

5.      Renault process clarification and deliver to JV PE Dept. 

6.      Responsible for some related management of risk

         control system within department and business scope; 

7.      Responsible   for some related management of quality 

         system, security, environment and   occupational health

         within department and business scope.
