Oversea Sales Manager (Location: Africa)
Job Responsibilities:
1.Based on the sales target of the group and business divisions, combine the local market characteristics and analyse the sales channels under the instructions of the Local Fast Consumer Product Managers, then make and implement the local business markets’ channel sales plan, to complete the sales target successfully;
2.Visit the customers persistently, establish and maintain good and stable cooperation relationship with customers to build up a great company brand image and strengthen our market influence;
3.Collect the information about the local market and competitors, cooperate with the Brand Market Management Department to analyse the market and improve the sales strategies timely;
4.Responsible for the management, training, tutoring and assessment of local employees;
5.Responsible for the work from the superiors;
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, English or French could be seen as working language;
2.Outgoing and positive, strong initiative and well affective;
3.Have a good purse for the career development, could stand high working pressure and accept working oversea;
