Technical Leader – Automotive Electric & Electronics

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project/program management for Automotive E/E related projects over the entire project lifecycle - planning, initiating, executing, controlling, closing, maintenance – as well as drive lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Provide support for pre-sales activities and technical proposals in the area of Automotive Electric & Electronics architecture and systems, and embedded SW development projects.
• Leverage your technical leadership to inspire ambitious young embedded SW Engineers to deliver their best and continuously improve. Support Recruitment in hiring appropriate technical talent to staff our projects/programs effectively and efficiently.
• Research and providing trainings on technical developments in the Automotive E/E field -  architecture, systems, development methodologies/engineering processes and/or products - in China and globally.

Key Qualifications:

• University degree or above, in E/E or Computer Science.
• 5+ years relevant experience in Automotive Electric and Electronics R&D, particularly related to embedded SW architecture and development. 
• Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of E/E architecture and/or embedded SW development methodologies, processes and tools. Possess a strong passion for technical research, and presenting technical proposals/solutions.
• Excellent project management and communication skills. A self-starter, able to work independently yet highly collaborative.
• Chinese and English fluency required.
