Finance Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparing the consolidated reports which need to be submitted to HQ on the monthly basis or on the quarterly basis. The reports are summarized as: Weekly cash report, management report, marketing report, finance analysis report, Phase shares report.    

2. Doing IC Reconciliation before HQ automatically runs the IC report from SAPHIR system. 

3. Monitoring the operation in SAPHIR system when the period closing. Help each BU finance manager to solve the problems in system. Meanwhile, record all errors from system and feedback to each BU to improve the reporting quality.    

4. Other miscellaneous job. Required to be familiar with all reports which currently are prepared by Senior Finance Analyst.  Assistant to answer the questions raised from HQ.

Qualifications:    

1. Bachelor degree or above; CPA or ACCA are preferred.    

2. 3-4 years working experiences relating to accounting, financing, reporting or working in audit firm.    

3. Smart to learn quickly.    

4. Excellent skills for Excel, Word, PPT.    

5. Good at reading and Written English.

6. More initiative and team work.
