- More than 3 years related working experience;
- 3年以上相关工作经验；
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 本科学历及以上；
- Have strategic thinking and experience, familiar with the procurement and bidding procedures for materials; rich process management skills, and familiar with the logistics management business process;
- 具备策略性思维及经验，熟悉物资采购招投标程序，有丰富的流程管理技能，熟悉物流管理业务流程；
- Familiar with suppliers in the automotive industry; familiar with supplier development, SQE quality control, cost control and project management;
- 熟悉汽车行业的供应商情况；熟悉供应商开发、SQE质量控制、成本控制和项目管理等；
- Develop procurement plans based on production plans and implement procurement in strict accordance with program and technical requirements to ensure production needs;
- 根据生产计划制定采购计划，并严格按计划和技术要求实施采购，确保生产需求；
- Responsible for product, material supplier search, data collection and development work;
- 负责产品、材料供应商的寻找，资料收集及开发工作；
- Evaluate suppliers' quality, delivery time, price, credit and other capabilities; coordinate the relationship with suppliers;
- 对供应商进行品质、交货期、价格、信用等能力的评估；协调好与供应商之间的关系；
- Responsible for managing supplier and supplier information and providing timely basis for purchase settlement;
- 负责管理好供应商及供应商信息，并及时提供采购结算的依据；
- Responsible for ensuring that the purchased products meet the quality, environmental and safety requirements in terms of delivery and service;
- 负责保证采购产品在交付和服务等方面符合质量、环境、安全要求；
- CET 4 or above, fluent English.
- 大学英语4级或以上，熟悉运用英语进行沟通及交流。
