Quality Supervisor

Responsibility:

Location: Huizhou, Huiyang District

Field Quality Management

·Organize quality operations according to production planning

·Provide technical support to quality controllers and production teams

·Review the quality daily KPI and trigger corresponding curative actions

·Propose, gather, and manage improvement projects that can improve costs, quality, and delivery times

Non-Conformity Management

·Record and report non-conformities detected in production

·Lead the root cause analysis and communicate the results

·Follow the corrective and preventive actions, and ensure their implementation

Quality System

·Participate in the definition and drafting of:

oProcedures and workflow

oTesting methods

oQuality requirements and standards

·Participate in the implementation and training in new processes

Profile:

·Organized and results oriented

·Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead & participate in cross-functional work teams

·Ability to manage multiple priorities

·Fluent in Chinese, proficient level of English, French is a plus

·Basic skills in Microsoft applications
