VSD Project Engineer

Job Descriptions:

1.   Working hour analysis 

• Check actual working hours of existing products 
• Calculate non-efficient working hours

2.   Manage Value Stream Mapping 

• Complete VSM according to working procedures 
• Analyse effective actual working hours 
• Analyse waste working hours, optimize (may merge or delete process or action) 

3.    Analysis on assembly procedures 

• According to VSM, reallocate working procedures to reduce waiting time between procedures
• According to VSM, point out reduced or merged working hours 

4.   Logistics Programming 

• According to VSM, reprogram the supply model of material supply 
• According to VSM, set reasonable arrangement for production site, reduce waste from movement and and walk

5.    Production equipment Programming

• According to VSM, point out reasonable equipment demand requirements

6.    Cost and Risk Evaluation 

• Evaluate implementation cost of new procedures
• Evaluate new risk when implement new procedure and make sure such risk is under control

Job Requirements：

1. Master degree, major in mechanical and relative subjects
2. 2 years working experiences in lean production management is preferred
3. Good English in both oral and writing, daily communication in Chinese 
4. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)  
5. Earnest, mature, be good at communication and cooperation
