Junior legal counsel 初级法律顾问

职位描述： 

The junior legal counsel will assist and support the legal counsels in BD Projects for all tasks under supervision of the legal counsels, leading potentially to investments, preparing negotiations, manage tenders for external legal advise and support in all other ways.

He/She will also assist the legal counsel OP & Corp in the tasks regarding contract review,  archiving, and corporate house-keeping. 

Furthermore, the junior legal counsel will carry out ethical DD in projects and assist the Chief Ethical Officer in his functions (policy making, monitoring, training, ethical reports etc).   

职位需求： 

Legal degree (Master/ LLM) Chinese University, min. 3 years professional experience in international company or law firm 

Mandarin mother language and very good English language skills 

Experience with Western law systems
