After Sales Manager
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Confer with customers in order to provide information about products, price and services, to take orders, or to obtain details of complaints.
- Received official PO from customer, transfer to factory, coordinate the LC terms between customer and Dextra, confirm details to customer
- Follow up existing project material and machine logistic.
- Check AR and overdue payment at every month beginning, communicate with customer their payment plan, follow payment process.
- Check the actual stock and stock model, found difference and reason. Check with customer and adjusted delivery plan accordingly.
- Collating quality document of each shipment to customer.
- Keep records of onsite machine maintenance and repairing.
- Communication in between group after sales team and Chinese onsite team.
- Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of any planned adjustments.
- Follow up customer onsite quality inspection.
- Feedback onsite machine issue to group for machine continue improvement.
- Jobsite tools and parts logistics supporting
- Sales event supporting
- Handle ERP system process for local sales department.
- Other jobs upon further assignments.
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
1. To lead 5S activities
2. To prepare and to manage the yearly trip budget for the local AFS team
3. To control, set up, adjust and train on mechanical systems using basics of rotation machines and basics of machines geometry and alignment , bearing assembly, mechanical adjustments laws, grades of steels, welding, standard hand tools usages
4. To control, set, adjust and train on machines based on AC/DC electrical power supplied using fundamental electrical laws (ohm rules), electrical hazards , basics for motors, mustimeter ammeter, ohmmeter, fuses and protection, relays, wiring, PLC, inverter, basics for communication protocols
5. To control, set, adjust and train on machines based on hydraulic technology, fundamental rules high pressure and low pressure, hydraulic pump technology, relief valves, single valves and solenoid valves, flow control valves, pressure switch’s, filtration laws, how to select and repair piping , proportional regulation (flow and pressure)
6. To analyze technical problems using problem solving tools like Fishbone, 5 Why analysis and others
7. To define key indicators and follow up methods to measure the performance of our equipment’s
8. To define a set of solutions to improve the productivity based on spare parts stock DM , local sourcing, preventive MNT optimization, overhaul machine, training , machine standardization, adapt AFS taskforces
9. To test all the future delivered goods to ensure than the delivered equipment’s will have no claim after to be delivered (machine can work, full set of tools, full set of documentation)
10. To implement well adapted and optimized spare parts need for all our machines, taking in account an acceptable B/D rate, local sourcing possibilities , preventive maintenance optimization, maintenance contracts, operator and users training to be able to detect part's failure drift)
11. To implement optimized tools management system for all our customers in accordance with production forecast
12. To detect, correct and follow up safety issue within the workshop
13. To trace delivery and payment with logistic and planning team
14. To analyze technical problems using problem solving tools like Fishbone, 5 Why analysis and others
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background: Bachelor or Master degree in engineering
Work Experience: 5 years
English Level: Working proficiency
ITS skills: Standard office suite
Other technical skills: AutoCAD
