Techinical Support
Position Responsibilities & Tasks:
As in R&D Global Engineering, your main responsibilities are to together with your team:
·Work on Customer Service Request (CSR) to solve Technical problems from their network, with quality and efficiency
·Work on global deployment/integration projects on-site or remotely for new tech such as 5G/Cloud/NFV/IoT
·Communicate with people from Global regions to proceed with their request
·Communicate with Product Development to make sure the product implementation/correction will fulfill the requirement, and contribute to product quality
·Cooperate with global HUBs to secure follow-the-sun/Emergency cases

Experience/knowledgewithin the following areas is required:
·Good knowledge in LTE, GPRS, WCDMA and EPC systems
·Good knowledge in Virtualization and Cloud Infrastructure
·Good Knowledge in 5G and Internet-Of-Things
·Good knowledge in Linux/Unix ,IP, Routers/Switches
Experience/knowledgewithin the following areas is considered as a plus:
·Radio competence
·Software development
·Knowledge in scripting
·Network Integration and Verification
·2~3 years working experiences in EPC area is preferred
