 Corporate governance: Support to organization of governance meetings on logistic, support documents and meeting minutes preparation and drive for PSA internal and partners for topic, content and attendees alignment and consensus

o Boards of DPCA & CAPSA (3* a year for DPCA and 2* a year for CAPSA) and Pre-Board preparation

o Responsible for organising BPS and CPS meetings, supporting documents and meeting minutes

o CPIT / Ecotech Committee (for DPCA)

o Presidents meetings

o Other meetings between EXCOM members and their JVs counterparts or shareholders

o Asia Committee

 Support Head of Strategic Partnership on current and future strategic projects with partners (including BPS projects): coordinate projects internally and with partners, support or lead negotiations. Join the regular meeting between parties. Communicate PSA business interests with different stakeholders and defend PSA interests.

 Translation: responsible for translations of presentations, meeting minutes, official letters and some important emails between English/France and Chinese.

 Enhance and strengthen the cooperation relationship with current partners by building trust and proactively identifying potential issue and challenges.
