Product Technical Enginner

   Main Responsibilities:
- Apply the specific PDP following CPM (CLEAN Project Management)
- In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets
- Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request standardization based on sound justifications
- Make sure that Design Reviews of other networks are happening in a timely manner (Purchase, Industrial)
- Represent the R&D function at the internal/external customer
- Interface with the internal/external customer for the R&D subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs
- Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting
- Daily management of all R&D contributors, dedicated or not

Qualification:

   - Bachelor degree or above, Software, hardware and systems implementation, mechanical design or vehicle engineering and other engineering majors
- More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, mechanical products or related fields of design work
- Strong analytic work methodology and problem solving skills /Continuous Improvement Knowledge
- Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills
- Good command of English reading and writing skills
