Hardware Engineer/硬件工程师

   Main Responsibilities:
1.Clean project time schedule
2.Design new product according to GPI processes and product requirements
3.Do HW testing and analysis the results
4.Deliver documents to PM on time，Report project issues to team leader, project manager and Department manager
5.Cooperate with members of PTM of project
6.Help to create and develop Department TDP
7. Deploy QRQC with the support of team leader
主要职责：
1.整理项目时间表
2.根据GPI工艺和产品要求设计新产品
3. HW测试并分析结果
4.将项目问题报告给组长，项目经理和部门经理
5.与项目PTM成员合作
6.协助创建和优化部门TDP
7.在团队负责人的支持下部署QRQC

   Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, computer science and other related majors
2. More than 2 years of hardware-related work experience, give priority to automotive industry
3. Familiar with at least one field of analog, digital, low frequency, high frequency; Proficient in various power supply design; Proficient in circuit drawing, PCB Layout, circuit simulation mainstream software use skills
4. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing
5. Customer-oriented, good sense of teamwork, good communication skills, and ability to work under pressure
任职要求：
1.大学统招本科及以上学历，电子、计算机等相关专业
2.2年以上硬件相关工作经验，汽车行业优先
3.熟悉模电、数电、低频、高频至少一个领域；精通各种电源类设计；熟练掌握电路绘图，PCB Layout，电路仿真主流软件使用技能
4.英语听说读写良好
5.以客户需求为导向，具备团队合作意识，良好的沟通能力，及在压力下工作的能力
