Duties and Responsibilities

TERAO is looking for an engineer specialized in green building and/or energy efficiency in building

Based in Shanghai within Terao office, you will be working under the responsibility of the Director of Operations in China.

Work under different Green Building Scheme such as BREEAM, LEED and Chinese Green Building
Energy efficiency solutions on different types of asset (Industrials, Hotel, Offices…)
Energy and thermal modeling
Low carbon studies
Site Due diligence
Construction site visit

Desired skills and Experience:

Experience: at least 1 year in a green building consultancy company

Background: Engineering studies related to green building, energy efficiency, mechanical or urban architecture such as energy modeling, life cycle assessment, daylighting study, life cycle cost…

Languages: Mandarin as mother tongue, English, French is a plus

Software: Energy modeling software such as Design Builder, Energy +… Daylight software like Design Builder, Dialux…
