附件工程师

岗位描述：

1、 负责附件系统（雨刮、洗涤、玻璃、天窗等）的设计开发工作；

Responsible for the development of the accessory system（wiping , washing, glazing , sunroof , etc.）;

2、 负责造型分析、断面设计、BOM编制、3D数据/2D图纸制作；

Responsible for styling analysis, section design, BOM, 3D data/ 2D drawing;

3、 分析和解决开发过程中、生产和售后的附件系统相关技术问题；

Analyze and solve the technical problems in the process of development, production and after-sale of accessory system.

4、 参与附件系统开发供应商资源沟通、审查及管理；

Participate in communication, review and management of supplier resource of accessory system.

5、 负责新技术，新材料，新工艺的研究和应用，优化附件系统结构设计；

Responsible for research and application of new technology, new material, new process, optimize accessory system structure；

6、 负责附件系统相关零部件的成本优化和质量优化；

Responsible for cost and quality optimization of accessory system；

7、 负责编制附件零件的技术标准、设计规范、DVP、DFMEA、DVP等技术文件；

Responsible for compiling technique standard, design specification, DVP, DFMEA, etc..

招聘要求(Requirements)：

1、 大学本科或以上学历，车辆工程或机械工程等相关专业优先；

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.

2、 从事附件系统设计或开发工作5年以上；

At least 5 years related working experience for the accessory system.

3、 熟悉整车开发流程；

Familiar with vehicle development process；

4、 熟练运用CATIA、Office等办公软件；

Skillful at using office software such as CATIA and Office, etc.;

5、 具备英语读写能力和良好的英语听说能力；

Good English skill, both written and spoken;

6、 具有良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作。
