Main missions :
- 在财务经理的领导下,配合成本控制专员,依据财务结果提供各种管理报表及管理建议,积极推进成本节约和优化
Job Description
- 对公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密(但中国有关机构要求的除外),并对合资合同中定义的所有机密严加保密;
- 知悉并严格遵守佛吉亚《道德规范》,依据佛吉亚《管理规范》行事、并以身作则;
- 知悉并严格遵守利益冲突的相关规定;
- 周报的编制、预警、差异分析及改善行动;
- 银行,发票及税务报表,报税、开票、费用报销的管理,相关制度的及时修订;
- 固定资产的周期盘点、标签粘贴以及固定资产费用预测;
- SAP系统价格检查与更新,合同日常管理及及时续签提醒;
- BS回顾后行动计划的跟进和及时关闭;
- 部门会议、活动的安排,培训记录、合理化建议的收集等部门事务;
- 安排月末结账事宜,计提相关费用和凭证准备,完成月度MC费用的统计和分析;
- 处理财务经理交代的临时工作。
Job Requirement
Education required
- 会计学、财务管理(或同等)专业学士学位;
- 拥有有效的财务从业资格证件;
- 熟练操作SAP或类似ERP系统。
Others if needed:
- 至少掌握两种语言(汉语和英语)、英语书写流利;
- 较强的沟通能力、主动性、活力和团队精神;
- 学习能力强、有较强的抗压能力、细心认真、富有责任感

Changchun Faurecia Xuyang Automotive Seating Co., Ltd. Chengdu Branch was established in Nov.2010, located in Longquanyi Zone Chengdu; the total land area is about 5500 sqm. There are currently more than 150 employees. The company is a joint venture (Faurecia 60% shareholding, Xuyang Group 40% shareholding). Our direct customer is CHENGDU FAWAY ADIENT AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS Co.,Ltd and the OEM is FAW-VW Chengdu Branch. The main products are power&manual front seat frames for the automotive industry, implements the manual adjustment, multi-direction automotive adjustment seat frame.
