RESPONSIBILITIES: 


  • Facilitate smooth communication between PM and PC teams
  • Lead to solve critical issues on projects, provide support to other project controllers on new project set up.
  • Organise training at site level on project finance related topics upon demand, improve the financial awareness in project team.
  • Continuously improve cost controlling process at site level, increase the reliability of source data in accounting system by optimise current cost controlling procedure.
  • Be the economic and financial advisor to the Project Manager. Work closely with PM on the ETC in order to have better visibility on risk and saving. Increase forecast accuracy & reduce surprises from projects through constant communication with Project Team, provide R&O analysis on monthly basis
  • Prepare, along with the PM, the periodic Project Reviews, work with offshore project team to provide timely report to Project Auditor.
  • Follow up the implementation of cash improvement actions and promote cash culture in the project team
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis on all decision-making concerning financial or contractual aspects of the project 
  • Share knowledge and experience on Alstom Project processes and tools as a senior project controller
