上海办公室现需要招聘两位有经验的研究分析员

职务:    研究分析员

工作内容:     协助管理

-     战略分析以及财务角度的企业分析

-     从战略竞争的角度和经济角度进行行业分析

-     准备完整的工业报告并提供分析支持

-     有时会拜访海外公司的领导层

-     准备收购公司的估值分析（DCF 等）

-     为了收购合并可能会陪同客户在国内考察、有时会有国外的会议。

学历:

- 财务和企业管理（战略、会计、市场营销、金融、法律等）的现有背 景和对公司战略、财务事项（企业财务分析、企业价值评估等）的直 接能力，或者

-     技术背景，如工程师（食品工程师优先考虑）、科学家（兽医、医生、 食品科学家……），并通过十八年经验的西尧投资有限公司战略和财 务培训计划，清楚地学习公司战略和财务方面的工作。

-     语言：英语、法语、德语、日语…精通一门语言（中文是母语），或 者你有兴趣学习

-     有学士学位证书（中国认可的学历和国外学历证书，但不是硬性要求）

-     3-5 年的工作经验者优先考虑

-     熟练使用计算机和主要软件，包括财务软件

-     对数字敏感并有兴趣者优先

-     “项目专员”管理项目的周期（并购、合资、未开发区域、撤资等…） 所有信息由研究分析员的数据作为依据。

Work content                      

Support management in:

• Corporate analysis both from a strategic point of view and from a financial point of view 
• Sector analysis both from a strategic and competitive point of view and from an economic point of view
• Preparing complete report on industry and corporations and provide supporting analysis 
• Visit and interview of leadership of corporations all over PRC and sometimes abroad.
• Preparing valuation analysis of company approached for acquisition (DCF, etc….) 
• Accompany clients representatives within all PRC and sometimes abroad in meeting possible partners for joint-ventures, acquisition, etc….

Qualifications considered:

• Either an existing background in finance & corporate management (strategy, accounting, marketing, finance, law…..) and an immediate ability to work on corporate strategy, financial matters (corporate financial analysis, corporate valuation etc….), OR
• A technical background such as engineer (preferably food engineer) , scientist (DVM,MD, food scientist….) and a clear readiness to learn on the job about corporate strategy and finance , through the 19 years old Shiyao Corporate Strategy and Finance Training program 
• Language: a foreign language such as English, French, German, Japanese etc... is an advantage BUT not a definitive requirement IF you are willing to learn and develop with us
• A University Diploma completed at a good standing university (a PRC degree and a foreign diploma would be a plus BUT not a requirement)
• Three to five years of previous work experience would be a plus 
• Computer and main softwares proficient including financial 
• Strong ability and interest in digitalization would be a plus.   

Evolution:                  

• “Senior Analyst” supporting our leadership with corporate strategy, financial analysis, transaction support 
• “Project Officer” managing the complete project cycle (M&A, joint-venture, greenfield, divestment etc….) from the start to the end with the support of analysts.
