For the new project he assumes the responsibility of design, time schedule, budget and resources, according to the missions’ definition of the Development Engineer described in the VLS P0 Project Guide and customer requirements.
Assure that the product definition is according to VLS methodology: PROCESS and PRODUCT standards.
