岗位职责：
- 根据客户订单需求为客户定制行程，报价，提供高端定制的旅行服务；
- 仔细认真倾听客户出行目的；机票、酒店、用餐等碎片化信息，准确把握客户需求，根据需求提供贴切、专业、个性化的出行方案；
- 对提交的订单及时进行处理和跟进，维护现有客户、开发潜在客户；
- 跟踪客户需求变化，调整方案及报价；
- 出现游客投诉或发生意外时，负责与其他相关部门人员及时协调沟通处理，且积极有效，妥善处理，确保顾客出行顺利、游玩顺利。
