Primary Function:

1.管理公司及分支机构的法律、公司和行政性事务;

In charge of the legal, corporate and administrative matters of the Company and its affiliates.

2.追踪相关法律法规的动态;

Follow up of relevant laws and regulations.

3.参与商务合同及协议的谈判;

Participate in the negotiation of the contracts and agreements with the counterparties.

4.最大限度降低法律风险,在日常运行过程中识别潜在法律风险,并从积极和商业考虑的角度提出降低风险的替代性方案;

Minimize the legal risk, identify potential legal risk in daily operations, suggest alternative and mitigation solutions, all in a proactive and business minded way.

5.跟进所有与公司和分支机构相关的公司事务(建立新公司,与当地政府交涉,取得或更新必要的许可证和证照);

Follow-up of any corporate matter concerning the Company and its affiliates (setting up of any new entity, dealing with local authorities, obtaining / renewing the necessary permits and licenses).

6.管理和监督分/子公司的法务部门的工作;

Manage and supervise the work of the legal department in the Company and its affiliates.

7.监控涉及公司的小型诉讼;

Monitor minor litigations involving the Company.

8.为公司及分支机构内部其他部门提供法律咨询和建议;

Provide legal consultancy and opinions to other departments in the Company and its affiliates.

9.每季度进行工作汇报。

Perform reporting duties on a quarterly basis.

Professional Knowledge:

1. 2年以上大型律师事务所工作经验。

Minimum 2 years of experience in major law firms. 

2. 在外企担任过合同和法务主管或经理者优先考虑。

Working experience as contact and legal supervisor or manager in a multinational company is a plus.

3. 法律本科或硕士学位。

Bachelor or Master degree in Law.

4. 熟练掌握法语或英语的阅读、听力、写作,流利掌握至少一门口语。

Strong verbal & written communication skills in Chinese and English/French.
