Construction Manager

Primary Function：

1. In charge of construction of the whole biomass power plant including boilers, turbine, generators, biomass storage, and the auxiliaries. 
2. Make sure the project progresses according to the schedule.
3. In charge of communication with design institute, engineering subcontractors, biomass suppliers, etc. 
4. Follow construction on site in regard of technical issues and QHSE.
5. In charge of main equipment sanitation and safety & quality.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Professional Knowledge：

1. Successful experience in managing construction projects in China, ideally with a background in coal or biomass fired CHP, commissioning management of construction projects and commissioning of power plants (boilers, steam turbines...) or industrial processes;
2. Have an special expertise in electricity, steam turbines, mechanical;
3. Has experience with dealing with design institute, different subcontractors;
4. Ability to move occasionally on other projects in China for due diligence;
5. Unquestioned ethics and track record are naturally mandatory prerequisites;
6. Fully proficient in English or French.
