Marketing Manager
Responsibility:
Preparing local trade shows and client events (project management with agency support, products management) in consistency with the Group positioning and its strategic objectives for the Asian market
Supporting the standard product range development(new products and inspiring decoration declinations) by the two local factories (plastics and zamak) with the central Marketing team: liaising with the factories for mock-ups, trials etc. in line with the established design
Supporting locally the launch of this standard products range: with the product staging and marketing tools defined with central marketing, and by giving a sales team support for clients presentation.
Contributing to the marketing knowledge for Asia by understanding the local market trends and stakes, and coordinating with the central marketing team to build a local market intelligence
You are working closely with the local sales team to support them with relevant tools as well as with the central Marketing (and Innovation) team to ensure Group consistency.
Requirements:
With a Bachelor or Master’s Degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in Marketing (agency or within a company), preferably in the Luxury and/or Beauty sector
You are creative, open-minded, proactive and have a strong product sensitivity
- You have a good knowledge of the graphic chain and are comfortable with project management
You are rigorous and pragmatic, comfortable with translating strategic objectives into actions
