Key Duties
- Mapping of the existing system: What references are currently used on site? What are our client’s references and requirements? What software is used to manage it?
- Propose a new or improved system based on the information gathered in the first stage.
- Get the validation from the management as well as the operational teams on both the referencing system and the implementation roadmap.
- With the support of your supervisor, lead the implementation of the new system
- The outcome of your mission will have direct repercussion on ADEN’s business practices. It will bring added value to our company but we hope it will also help you to apply and develop your skills and knowledge in a professional environment.
Key Skills
- Industrial engineer student in his last year of Master’s or 3rd year of its engineering school degree or any related major.
- Good knowledge of office tools, especially excel.
- Fluent in English, Chinese or French language proficiency preferred
