- Manage the procurement team
1/ Ensure that all the orders tool are updated to assure orders transparency
2/ Supervise and find solutions for all the procurement issues (delay orders , quantity’s ,shipping …)
- Supervise all the procurement meetings with the other departments
- Provide weekly report of suppliers’ issues
-Monitor and manage the performance of key suppliers.
3/ Establishes improvement targets and measurements
- Work with our team and suppliers on finding supply chain solution to improve our lead-time and inventory level
- Push suppliers to comply with our buyers’ needs
- Other assignments related to the position arranged by the Manager
