Quality Supervisor 质量主管

- Responsible for the product development with supplier and technical support (technical design, cost analysis…) to the Sourcing team;

- Responsible for product packaging and master samples setting up with suppliers;

- Continuous management of the factory performance and the corrective action plans;

- Ensure proper cross-communication between Sourcing, QC teams and suppliers, on all product development and product related issues; a special focus should be put on communication about the product modifications. 

- Build up and manage product technical sheet, quality criteria and inspection checklists;

- Ensure that the products and production comply with the tests and norms in a timely manner;

- Handle product quality issues and communicate with Quality department;

- Maintain good communication with the suppliers to make sure our quality requirements and standards have been well informed to all suppliers;

- Follow up product Development KPI, in term of timing, travel budget and duty completion.

-Review QC report when CAP is needed

- Monitor QC Supervisor on their activities

- Organize the duties of the Product Engineers according to the planning 

- Travel when it is needed for business;

- Other assignment related to the position arranged by the superior
