Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess current business and operational processes, create and deliver solutions to identify opportunities for consolidation or optimization.
- Market research, competitor research, market trend study, to improve company strategy and potential improvement.
- Identify potential solutions to meet business requirements and give advice on business & operation improvement.
- Work on project bases, develop specialized knowledge and lead work streams or small projects.
- Data analysis, including CRM, Finance, HR data, etc. Generates BI Dashboards and other ad-hoc reports requests.
- Proactively advice on process optimization with the best practice in the industry
- Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve accuracy and value
- Strong communication and cross-functional work across from global team to the local team.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, sales, finance or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis or Market Research.
- Able to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Experience of Project Management is a plus.
