Key Responsibilities

Strategy and business

  •  Develops strategic plans and ensures implementation in the assigned Region to maintain company standards of performance, organization, and safety through process development.
  • Leads Regional ADEN’s Operations Managers and their staffs in creating strategic plans and managing the execution of each operational site’s requirements and commitments while striving to ensure each site is operating within their budgetary requirements.


  • Develop and manage the Regional Business plan which includes strategies and operational goals.
  • Develop global requirements for capital equipment acquisitions as needed to meet organization objectives.
  • Maintain good customer relationships with airline customers based in the region.

Local regulations and public relations

  • Be well versed in local regulations and ensure compliance with local rules.
  • Represent the company in appropriate professional and community organizations; 
  • Ensure good relations with local and international partners and associations.
  • Achieve the economic and qualitative objectives of the company by reviewing and controlling profit center performance and give necessary suggestions and recommendations for improvement.

Key Skills

  • +10 years’ experience in Business Development and Account Management in new technology, solutions, and services industry
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Native Mandarin Speaker is strongly preferred
  • Team Management experience is appreciated
