The Head of TAM will provide strategic insights and will be able to explain to prospective and existing clients our technical complex service offer and its value. This person will develop initiatives to meet or exceed performance expectations and budgeting requirements at each operational location while ensuring all activities are in compliance with government legislation and regulations and current company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptual design, innovative technologies, cost estimation, LEED
- Project management and technical installation
- Predictive and preventive maintenance, labor supply, data tools
- MRO (Maintenance Repair Operation)
- optimizing improvement reliability, team optimization, energy efficiency, reliability
- Develops strategic plans and ensures implementation in the assigned Region to maintain company standards of performance, organization, and safety through process development.
- Leads Regional ADEN’s Operations Managers and their staffs in creating strategic plans and managing the execution of each operational site’s requirements and commitments while striving to ensure each site is operating within their budgetary requirements.
Key Skills
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a large MNC, with previous experience in managing technical services operations.
- Strong business acumen is appreciated
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is strongly preferred
