Description
The purpose of the internship is to strengthen the general procurement (GP) China functional link approach in China. GP governance activities integration is to be future deployed including the process and tools. In the project, the intern will work with the project leader to support GP governance activities extension in China and East Asia in the following aspects:
(1) coordination
(2) data collection & analysis
(3) documentation preparation
(4) market research
The intern will also follow up actions under the supervision by the project leader in:
(1) supplier review and development plan tracking
(2) meeting records
Upon completion of the project, the following objectives should be met:
(1) To support building regular communication/review channel with GP china functional link stakeholders
(2) To track, monitor and secure the project millstones with project team members
(3) To ensure data transparency and accuracy within the GP organization in China

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, supply chain management, or related major.
2. Be able to communicate (oral & written) in an English working environment
3. Good command of MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
4. Be flexible; good communication skills
