Tasks
1. Engage in promoting Agile way of working within IM China including organizing the awareness/workshops/event, setting up visual management boards, preparing the materials and communication kit, etc.
2. Contribute ideas of enhancing team collaboration and take actions. Design the workplace/ share folders for a more collaborative working environment and deploy with supports from multi-function teams; Organize workshops or team buildings in a creative way.
3. Support the financial request and invoice/contract topics; Support supplier management including timesheet check and performance evaluation topics.
4. Other activities in line with team objectives.

Requirements

1. Fluent in English and Mandarin;
2. Good knowledge of IT and basic knowledge of Finance;
3. Skill of designing and editing poster/photo/video;
4. Good communication skill, creative, positive;
5. Experience in Lean and Product management is a plus;
6. Preferred education: Master candidate;
7. Be able to work 4-5 days per week for 6 months.
