Tasks
1. Support Logistics team to collect the business data and complete the data entry
2. Work with team leader to seek the work flow and the process improvements to maximize the efficiency
3. Develop basic IT tool or software, especially but not limited to SAP, Excel, Macro, etc. to improve the effectiveness
4. Provide the weekly and/or monthly report and analysis
5. Other miscellaneous work as assigned

Requirements
1. Currently enrolled undergraduate students from a leading university, IT/ Software background is preferred
2. Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
3. Proficient in various system and Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc. Familiar with Macro and statistical analysis tool
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. A good team player, with capacity to work independently
