Description
The job holder is responsible for supporting Information Solutions Project Manager to implement digitalization project, acting as an independent Software Development Engineer and Project Coordinator. He/she will participate in all project key phases, including Business Case Study, Technical Feasibility Analysis, Supplier /Solution Assessment, PoC, Solution Deployment, Knowledge Base build-up etc. By the end of the internship, the following objectives should be met:
1. Bring fresh ideas into the team, create a vibrant environment within the team to accelerate the digitalization.
2. Support Information Solutions team and try out the new technics to dig out the potential business cases and get it approved by Top Management team, e.g. FAL-A Rate 6 Ramp up.
3. Keep looking for the talents and developing them, choose the high potential candidates for the position of a full time employee.

   

Requirements:
1. Master one of common Programming language: C#, Python, R.
2. Major in Computer Science/Statistics/Industrial Engineering.
3. Be Curious on new technology, quick learner, work autonomously, good team player.
4. Good presentation, documentation skills.
5. Fluent spoken and written English.
6. Prefer global education background, who can continue working for 6 months, at least 4 days/week in Tianjin.
