二、岗位职责
- 参与制定和确定公司产品线的战略规划；
- 负责一条产品线的全生命周期；
- 收集并调查相关的市场需求、用户需求、产品需求；
- 定义产品功能，制定产品规划，输出产品需求文档、业务流程图和产品原型设计；
- 组织协调研发人员完成产品开发，确保需求落地；
- 输出产品推广和部署文档，培训交付给销售和项目经理；
- 协助销售和项目经理在客户端宣讲推广和交付实施。
- 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，软件、电子、通信、计算机等相关专业；
- 五年以上产品经理工作经验，优秀的产品设计能力和竞品分析能力；
- 熟悉产品设计全流程，能够独立撰写产品说明书、产品推介材料、技术文本等文书；
- 熟练掌握XMind、Axure、Visio、EDraw Max等软件使用；
- 对研发流程，技术实现以及服务器后台接口等能有一定的理解，能够与技术人员进行流畅的沟通；
- 良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力；
- 良好的英语读写听说能力；
- 具有零售行业解决方案经验者优先；
- 具有团队合作精神，与项目团队和跨部门人员建立良好关系。
