Senior Merchandiser

·Work under the instruction of Sales Manager yet do the daily work independently;

·Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’expectations and company’s objectives;

·Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock;

·Collaborate with internal departments such as production, PMC, purchasing,R&D, Quality, shipping, etc to provide “ turnkey” service to the clients (from samples to mass production shipping);

·Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets;

·Build constructive and solid customer relationships.

Requirements:

·Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or International trade;

·Proven working experience in merchandising for more than 10 years;

·Knowledge of Kitchenware or babyware is an added advantage;

·Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (CET6, CEM4 or CEM8 is a must) and mandarin;

·Strong listening and presentation skills when meeting the client face to face ;

·Ability to work under pressure, independent and team player;

·Dedication to providing great customer service with commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers.

Salary: 

·10K~15K per month depends on candidates’ capability levels
