As a Sales Admin in a new organisation, you will be part of the China sales team based in Guangzhou. Our member company is the World leader in producing components for heat machine. 

Job description

·         Ensuring customers’ orders are processed and delivered on time

·         Responsible for order implementation (include support in price quotation, order placing, payment follow up, customs clearance, goods delivery, and invoice issue etc.).

·         Dealing with customer queries

·         Liaising with field sales and head quarter 

·         Sales related report preparation.

·         Have overall responsibility in running office, providing administration and office support

·         Meeting/duties/travel arrangements related to sales

Requirements

·         A Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Business Management, Marketing, Economics

·         More than 1 years of working experience in Sales administration or contract implementation.

·         Fluent in verbal and written English, French is a plus.

·         Proficient in Computer application, especially in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·         Experience with business intelligence tools/CRM is a plus

·         Excellent communication skill, consciously working and a collaborative solutions-oriented approach

·         Fast learning ability and desire to grow with the company.

·         Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
