Responsibility:

  • Has a complete vision of the engine maintenance operations flow and takes all decisions and actions necessary to fullfill the commitment to the customers and to the shop’s production planning. 
  • Report on the maintenance operations evolutions to the internal and external stakeholders. He is the Prime interface for any questions from leadership, as to engine status and is accountable for raising critical items/help needed to program team / leadership.
  • Ensure initial work scope and extension are compliant with the process and program’s guidelines
  • Act as the industrial operations representative in the Customer Team. He is the main interface between the customers and the shop. He makes sure that the shop receives and report all the information needed. 
  • Perform Risk analysis for wing-to-wing operations
  • Validate and close the industrial gates
  • Organize customer visits within the shop 
  • Drive the engine maintenance costs and therefore contribute to the contract profitability optimization.
  • Track invoicing delays and quality in conformity with the services contract. 
  • Follow up commercial disputes with customers. 
  • Based on lessons learnt, works best practices to allow quick and smooth hand-offs among several stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office;
  • Communication skills and relationship management;
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects simultaneously;
