- 3年以上主机厂售后技术支持相关经验，有新能源汽车三电部分、电子电气售后技术援助经验者优先
- 大专及以上学历，汽车或机械、电气类相关专业
- 熟悉汽车构造原理，能够熟练使用车辆诊断设备及专用工具，对汽车故障有很强的分析判断能力、能独立处理疑难杂症
- 负责为终端用户售后及其经销商提供售后远程指导和现场技术援助
- 协助质量部、工程部及售后品情人员进行现场援助和故障排查
- 负责技术援助案件应对方案的现场实施和进度管理
- 根据现场维修实际需求对维修方法、专用工具和备件设定等提供改善意见
- 负责协助开展TSB技术服务通告等现场活动
- 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件（WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等），具有低压电工证优先
- 良好的语言沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够接受经常性的出差
