Responsibilities:

  • Understand and challenge customers’ expectations and Product Managers teams
  • Help build purchasing strategies
  • Manage 3 person in sourcing and purchasing
  • Analyze and find useful information from available reporting on countries performance (Penetration rate evolution, Countries sales reports…) that are helpful for business review and sourcing strategy
  • Define clear sourcing roadmap with the Sourcing Manager in line with each category’s strategy and priorities 
  • Share each category’s strategy and priorities with the Sourcing Manager
  • Ensure the market destination intelligence for main countries destination and share with Sourcing Manager team
  • Monitor the coordination of product development with all relevant team concerned
  • Be the final warrant of the arbitration between the different offers
  • Lead and support the new IT Solution implementation
  • Identify team’s training needs and propose new training solutions
  • Establish turnover and annual forecast of team’s activity with his hierarchy and propose efficient action plans to increase market share and reduce cost

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / International Trade or related disciplines is preferred
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a purchasing / management position
  • Fluent in oral & written English. French is mandatory
