学历大学本科及以上；
相关工作经验5年及以上；
负责保修鉴定、追偿业务的全面管理 ；
负责对5家终端用户提交的每一单保修申请进行鉴定；
负责对售后（终端用户）单月返回旧件台账与保修数据一致性的审核；
负责依据解析组保修鉴定输出意见、检提意见及紧急返件状态识别意见，对月度保修项目进行最终鉴定；
对未通过保修项目向售后（终端用户）正式反馈；
对月度保修数据进行实时跟踪及分析，识别新发项目及对策后再发项目反馈情报管理处；
对多发趋势、潜在立项项目及时预警情报管理；
熟练使用office办公软件；
英语能作为工作语言优先，至少具备良好的读写能力。
