学历大学本科及以上；
相关工作经验5年及以上；
负责接收从情报管理处分派的底盘系统品情信息的甄别、立项判断；
负责相关品情现地调查的组织；
负责紧急调件需求提报及返件后的一级解析工作；
基于解析结论，提出保修鉴定意见，划分追偿责任比例及相关部品检提异议的技术支持，负责所管理案件的一元表信息的完善 ；
品情立项后，负责TPR（对策申请）发行、跟踪责任单位对策进展、再制及备件库存件的处置直至课题关闭；
根据案件严重程度预判是否需要开展市场处置及厂内处置；
需要市场处置的案件（OTS）根据市场措施流程组织推进及技术资料准备；
厂内处置案件分派VQA（整车质量）执行；
其他综合性课题的CFT（跨职能团队）支持；
负责相关KD件问题的的改善推进；
负责月度追偿业务的整体组织和安排；
基于最终审核的保修数据，依据解析追偿责任划分比例进行追偿，组织供应商检提；
负责供应商检提申诉的受理；
负责售后及制程索赔发票的邮寄；
负责追偿业务的指标管理及分析，制定改善对策，反馈保修鉴定，形成前后业务的支持与闭环。
熟练使用office办公软件；
英语能作为工作语言优先，至少具备良好的读写能力；
能适应出差。
