IT Engineer - SAP

Your responsibilities:

●I ensure best service for the satisfaction of users

-Collaborate with Business and Process teams to optimize existing supply chain processes

-Analyse and report the trends of issues/defects generated weekly and monthly to define user training needs and solution optimization needed

-Diagnose issues and provide solutions to Supply Chain users

●I ensure reliability and quality of the ERP systems

-Design and execute proactive monitoring solutions

-Collaborate with International project and support teams to continuously improve our solutions

-Participate in validating the quality of new projects and version releases through Integration Tests, NRTs, UATs..

●I ensure profitable and rapid growth of business

-Participate in opening of new countries, warehouses and stores in Asia region

If you are qualified with below requirements:

●2+ years of working experienceon SAP modules (ECC, PP, MM, SD, FMS..) or other ERP systems

●Knowledge on Supply Chain processes like Forecasting, Manufacturing, Master Data Management...

●Proficient in oral and written communication in Englishis a must to effectively collaborate with your international collaborators

●Communication is French is a plus! :)
